Compassionate Therapy for Lasting Change
Are you feeling stuck, trapped in a cycle of emotional or physical outbursts? Do social situations make you anxious, or do you find yourself avoiding school or work altogether? These struggles can feel overwhelming, but there’s a path forward. I’m here to help guide you through that journey.
In our work together, we’ll use a compassionate, client-centered approach. I believe every person’s story and needs are unique, and therapy should reflect that. My goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where you can freely explore your feelings, develop effective coping strategies, and work towards your personal goals.
I have a particular passion for working with boys from age four through young adulthood who are navigating challenges with learning disabilities, gender identity, sexual orientation, and behavioral issues. Whether it’s trauma, mood disorders, anxiety, or other mental health struggles, I offer tailored support. With a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and specialized training in Brainspotting for trauma, I am committed to helping individuals move from surviving to thriving.
I’ve had the privilege of supporting people in navigating complex mental health challenges. I’ve worked extensively with adults in inpatient settings facing bipolar disorder, autism, substance abuse, anxiety, depression, trauma, and psychosis. My work with 'Lost-N-Found Youth,' assisting homeless young adults displaced because of their LGBT+ identity, has deepened my commitment to advocacy and supporting marginalized communities.
If you’re ready to begin this journey or want to learn more about how I can support you, I’d love to hear from you. Let’s take that first step toward a brighter future together.
